They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. 

What Personal Info We Collect:

When you sign-up as a new community, send a card, download a software update, or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, credit card information, photos, and mobile device identification number. 

When you send cards to a loved one using HappyGram, HappyGram may collect the information you provide about those people such as name and mailing address.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on HappyGram latest product announcements, updates, and upcoming events. It also helps us develop, deliver and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt-out anytime.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as data analysis, and research to improve HappyGram products, services, and customer communications.

We only use the card recipient’s name and address for quality control and internal use purposes only.

HappyGram takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payments and Cancellations: 

You may be required to provide your credit card information to confirm a booking and will be charged any applicable fees, including cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the transacting local business’s cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. You agree that HappyGram may facilitate any such payments and charges on behalf of the community. 

Advertising

HappyGram and its licensees may publicly display advertisements, paid content, and other information nearby or in association with your Content. you are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
